Time
The P-Shot® procedure takes approximately 45 minutes.
Does it hurt?
No! A very strong topical anaesthetic is used to numb the skin of the penis tissue prior to injecting an even stronger numbing agent in a very specialized way. This allows for a painless procedure.
Downtime
There is no downtime. You are able to return to work, have normal physical activity, and even have intercourse immediately.
Are There Any Side Effects?
There are no known long-term side effects with the P-Shot®.
How Long Do The Results Last?
The best results occur in men that regularly use a penis pump afterwards on a regular basis to improve blood flow and encourage improved regeneration of blood vessels and nerves after the procedure. Results will vary based on the underlying pathology, tissue integrity and natural aging process of the patient, but in general, most men can expect results to last between 1-3 years. Some men enjoy more frequent injections to enhance the effects of the treatment.
